I've been holding off creating a food blog for the longest time because I was not confident I would have anything interesting to say. Likewise, I have never kept any kind of journal or diary for much the same reason (plus I felt I didn't have the time for it anyway).
But thanks to some wonderful encouragement, I've decided to create a kind of food-based diary for my own purposes online, just so I can have a place to collect my thoughts and organize them. Having these thoughts available to share with others is a side-bonus, but I certainly do need to re-expose myself to social media again so expect this to happen more often in the next few weeks.
In the meantime, I'll be doing a little spruce work to get the page fully up-and-running, so if you're seeing this then please don't mind the mess. ;)
